What does PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider mean?
It is the highest level of validation under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Our environment is assessed every year by an independent Qualified Security Assessor, who issues a Report on Compliance and an Attestation of Compliance, alongside quarterly external scans and regular penetration testing.
Which card brands can I accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, JCB, UnionPay and Maestro, plus domestic schemes such as Cartes Bancaires, RuPay, Elo, Hipercard, Troy, mada and Verve. Credit, debit, prepaid and commercial cards are all supported.
Which alternative payment methods do you support?
Digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Alipay, bank transfers and open banking such as SEPA, iDEAL and Bancontact, real-time payments such as Pix, UPI and FPS, buy now, pay later from providers such as Klarna and Afterpay, and cash vouchers such as Boleto and OXXO.
How do I integrate Nixion Tech Gateway?
Choose the option that suits your business: a hosted payment page, a server-to-server REST API, payment links that need no website, or plugins for WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, WHMCS and Joomla. Every option is available in a test environment before you go live.
Will your hosted payment page reduce my PCI DSS scope?
Yes. Customers enter their card details on our PCI DSS Level 1 certified page, so card data never touches your systems and most merchants can validate with SAQ A, the shortest self-assessment questionnaire. Your acquirer or QSA confirms which questionnaire applies to you.
Do you support 3-D Secure and Strong Customer Authentication?
Yes. We support EMV 3-D Secure 2 across Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, American Express SafeKey and other scheme programmes, helping you meet PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication requirements with a frictionless flow for low-risk payments.
Can I get a copy of your Attestation of Compliance?
Yes. We share our current PCI DSS Attestation of Compliance with merchants, partners and acquirers as part of due diligence. Contact our team to request it.
